But, Really – You can Just Photograph the Kids!
“I think we just want photos of the kids. We don’t need to be in any of them.” True words spoken by many moms I’ve encountered over the years.
Listen up! I’ve been this mom.
I wasn’t thrilled with my weight and I had convinced myself that people only wanted to see the kids.
Well, that’s not an option if you book a session with NPS Photography!
You want FAMILY pictures and family is ALL of you – not just the kids. Am I right!?!
Sure, we’ll get sibling pictures during your session, but family pictures are my number one goal at every session.
Why? Because you aren’t really doing these pictures for you. Nope! You’re doing them for your kids and future grandkids and generations to come. Because when all is said and done, pictures of you are all that’s left.
Sure your kids and probably your grandkids will have memories of you, but photographs are a true legacy, even when you’re not at your ideal weight.
Think about it, have you even looked back at an old picture of someone dear to you and thought, “Wow – they really should lost weight before they got in that picture!” No, I promise you haven’t!
A Session with NPS Photography Means Two Things
So, two things when you book family photos with me – #1 I hope we’ll do them in your home. AND #2 The whole family (furry family members, too) better be prepared to be in the pictures!
And the best part? I’m here to walk you through the process and make sure you look gorgeous in-front of my camera (which you already do, so stop worrying!).
The Photo Shot List
Ok, so here are just a few of the family configurations we’ll get:
-
whole big glorious family
-
individuals of the kids
-
siblings
-
mom with kids
-
dad with kids
-
mom and dad alone (because I know the last time you got a picture like this was your wedding!)
And I’m not talking everyone looking at the camera for every single picture. No, that’s not my style! I’m all about real life over picture perfect, so get ready for that!
(I will do my best to get ONE “grandma” shot with everyone looking at the camera).
So, who is ready for fun pictures with your entire fam?
