Podcasts I Love Right Now

New Year, New You!  No, not really.  Same old me, but I have mixed up my podcast listening! Ok, not completely, some old faves still remain, but there are a few new ones. Here are the podcasts I love!

I know what you’re thinking – when do you listen to podcasts? And if I was in a different stage in my life, like when I had three under five, I probably would have A LOT more trouble carving out time to listen to a podcast.  But since my kiddos have almost all flown the nest (cue all the tears) I have a bit more flexibility.

I personally listen when I’m in the car for more than 30 minutes, sometimes when I’m walking the dog or on the treadmill, when I’m getting dressed (putting on make-up, curling my hair) and when I take a bath. I probably end up listening to three or four a week.

The List

I can’t get enough of this one – Brene Brown – Unlocking Us. Brene is thoughtful and asks the BEST questions! She interviews interesting people and I have a-ha moments every time I listen.
