You may remember this sweet girl’s smile from her newborn session. She has the same round face and cheeks, but this time I got to see her amazing lashes and eyes! Child photography first birthday sessions are done outdoors or in my Pinehurst studio. This session was originally supposed to be outdoors, but when it’s super cold in the end of March, you move the session into the studio!
Miss L’s mom had a theme in mind. Boho Chic! She found the gorgeous outfit with fringe and the beautiful headband for the Cake Smash on Etsy. Then, she ordered the C. Cups cake through me. And Maggie’s Farm provided the gorgeous flower topper for the cake. It was exactly what Miss L’s mom had envisioned and I was so thrilled we could make it happen! The two headbands with the first two outfits are part of my studio collection. I have a handful of sitter/one year old headbands and I happen to have two that worked perfectly with her outfits.
OK, can we talk about this sweet girl’s Gerber baby face! She is such a doll. She really made her mom and I work hard for smiles, but we got some super cute ones, along with some great action shots!
