Sweet Miss M is starting ballet!  Her mom wanted a Milestone Session to document this new adventure.  Along with ballet comes a move for this family.  I will miss them!  I have done multiple sessions with them over the past two years. Miss M and her brother always bring big smiles and my camera loves their gorgeous brown eyes.

Best of luck M Family!

Sweet Baby S – such a love.  He loved his pacifier and to eat!  In fact, we took two “snack” breaks.  He is sure to be a big boy with all that eating.  He also flashed a few smiles and I actually had my camera up and shooting (this is not always the case).  Although it’s a day short of Fall, I loved using all this neutral brown for his session.  Mom brought this adorable football hat (it had a little football bunting , but he wanted nothing to do with it!).  I’m so glad mom and dad decided to upgrade to a Watch Me Grow package because now I can see this guy grow!

Oh, this little guy!  What an absolute dream. So content.  So easy. So sweet.  I photographed his sister about 17 months ago and I was very excited to work with this family again!  You might remember his sister.  You can see her sweet session here.  I tried to pull some items from her session and mix them up a bit for his.  Of course we ditched the pink and added some blue.

Welcome to the World, Baby S!

Weather has not been on my side with this family.  Two years ago, there was a huge pop up storm on the afternoon of their session.  Quick thinking and we were able to fins a location that was covered.  All week before the session the weather looked beautiful for Sunday.  Then, 80% chance of rain appears Sunday morning.   We touched base about two hours before and decided to take the risk.  We got some sun and some blue skies!

The session focused on their High School Senior, but we were able to get some updated family shots, too. So glad we beat the storm!

We celebrated this one year old in Pinehurst Village this morning.  He is a total flirt.  Hiding his head when he first got there and giving me shy grins, but it didn’t take him long to warm-up.  I didn’t have to work very hard for these grins.  The only way we got him to stay still was by putting him on this little stool.  It was perfect!

Happy 1st Birthday, A!
