Newborn Sessions and Beyond
You’re expecting! Congratulations!!! I’m super excited you reached out me. In an effort to not totally overwhelm you, I try and keep things simple. I simply respond with my newborn info and a link to schedule a phone consult with me. Yes, I want to chat with you and answer all your questions before you book!
But, sometimes I get an inquiry that asks for the works!
They want all the info on newborn, six months and a one year session from the get-go. And I’m always happy to send you all the info about the Watch Me Grow upgrade!
Why Watch Me Grow?
I know you’ve heard this before, “You blink and they’re one!”
And I know when you’re in the thick of things, sleep deprived and trying to juggle all the things, this is one of the most annoying thing to hear! It’s a year, of course it goes by fast, but it’s also the slowest year ever.
But, I will say that your new addition changes the most in this first year. They go from being totally dependent on you for absolutely everything to walking, talking and feeding themselves! That’s a lot of growth!
Now, not all one year olds are doing all those things, but I promise you the change in that year is nothing short of amazing.
What is a Watch Me Grow Package?
So, obviously, you want to capture this tiny human that has just arrived, so a newborn session! But there are two other milestones I love to capture…sitting-up and one year! the sessions don’t have to be done that way, we can totally do six months and one year if you prefer, but sitting-up is a pretty fun milestone to capture!The Watch Me Grow Package is basically three sessions in the first year – a newborn session (usually done between 2-8 weeks), a six month or sittting-up session and a one year session!
All of these sessions are usually done in your home or yard and I encourage the whole family to join in! Parents, siblings and of course furry family members, too.
Sessions are simple and timeless and focus on the baby. No props or backdrops. Although, sometimes a one year session ends with a doughnut or cupcake to help celebrate turning one.
Newborn Sessions are structured with a session fee and the purchase of a collection that includes some or all of the digital images, as well as, a print credit. You can find more information on my pricing HERE.
The Watch Me Grow Package is a little different. It’s comprised of two all inclusive sessions. That means the session fee and digital images are included with these shorter sessions.
And the best part? It also includes a beautiful, custom designed 6”x6” album with images from all three sessions! There’s even an option to upgrade to a larger 10”x10” album.
