Lucky Baby Boy

I think it’s safe to say this little guy is loved. His older sister couldn’t get enough of him and was the BEST helper while he was getting his Pinehurst Newborn Portraits. She gave him BIG snuggles and helped me with spotting during a few poses.

I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know this cutie a few times before her brother arrived. Her mom did a studio maternity session and she came with her to try on maternity dresses. (You can see her maternity portraits HERE.) Big sis also came back for mom’s maternity session ordering appointment. So, she was pretty comfortable with the studio and me by the time her brother arrived.

I love including siblings in my Deluxe and Heirloom Sessions. Seeing them interact with the new addition to their family and captures those sweet moments is a true joy. When big brother or sister is a bit older, we can have a bit more fun with posing. This little guy loved having his sister hold him.  You could tell he felt safe and comfy in her arms.

He is one lucky boy to be this adored and loved.  He has an awesome role model who I’m sure will be his biggest cheerleader throughout his life.

Pinehurst Newborn Portraits don’t have to be all about the baby! It’s great way to get siblings involved, too.
