Happy 2019!
January has already proven to be a busy month and we are only nine days in. Miss C was the first newborn to grace my studio this year. She was perfection. Sleepy, snuggly and completely adorable.
Miss C’s mom booked a Simply Newborn Session at the beginning of November. Although these sessions are all white, mom asked if she could bring a special headband for her rainbow baby. I’m so glad she did! This headband was gorgeous and added a beautiful pop of color against the creamy backdrop.
Simply Newborn Sessions are quickly becoming one of my favorite ways to capture new little ones. Whites, cream and ivory are classic, timeless and oh so simple. Your eye goes straight to the baby. I also love when I get a few awake shots or a yawn – like I got with Miss C below. And even though she was tired – I do not think I will ever tire of this simple session. And even though these sessions are quick (30 minutes), I am still able to capture toes and fingers and little pouty lips.
The best part for mom and dad – the session is all inclusive! You get a 7″x7″ watercolor print and five digital images with the session. You can always add on additional items at your ordering appointment, too! Because once you see them, you are going to want that baby up on your wall in a BIG piece of wall art (like the gorgeous canvas below), so you can always remember how small they started out.
