As photographers, we all want to build sustainable and successful businesses, and nothing says we’re doing a great job like clients who share about our services!
You may know that I’ve been photographing newborn and family clients for more than ten years, both in rural North Carolina and now in Washington, D.C.
While my photography business has certainly evolved over the years, client experience has always been important to me. Over time, many families in North Carolina became repeat clients of mine, and they shared with me that what kept them coming back was how prepared and cared for they felt throughout the experience of working with me.
As a result, I knew that creating a similar client experience was vital to rebuilding my business when we moved to Georgetown. I’m so glad to share that many D.C. families have become and remained loyal clients of mine, largely because of the high-touch client experience I provide.
Our clients certainly deserve the best experience that we can provide, but when you’re so busy photographing sessions and editing images, it can be difficult to find the time to put those ideas into practice for the benefit of all of your clients. I know this well – I’ve been there!
But that doesn’t mean you have to figure out how to provide a stellar client experience all on your own.
Whether you’re a newer photographer or you’ve been in the business a while and simply want to level up your client experience, I’m SO excited to share a free resource with you to help you attract and retain clients who love working with you!
It’s a guide I’m calling Elevate Your Client Experience: Four Must-Have Website Resources to Uplevel Your Client Experience.
Why am I sharing about the importance of website resources when it comes to client experience? I’m glad you asked!
As photographers, our website is like real estate: it makes sense to invest in what we own – our website – rather than simply relying on social media (and the dreaded algorithm) to promote our services. Plus, each time you provide a link to a client resource, like a Pricing or Style Guide, that lives on your website, versus a pretty PDF file that you made in Canva, you’re driving traffic to your website, which benefits your SEO (search engine optimization). All of these practices will benefit you as you grow your business!
If you’re ready to learn practical ways to serve your clients well so that you can get those word-of-mouth referrals from clients who’ve loved working with you, you need this guide.
And, best news ever: in addition to learning my four favorite ways to educate and nurture my clients during their experience of working with me, my free guide also includes a bonus video lesson from me to help you level up your website with confidence.
