This has been a trying time for EVERYONE. From families to small businesses – I’m pretty sure Covid-19 has impacted everyone’s life in some way.
I told you from the beginning that I was going to take things slow and follow North Carolina’s mandates carefully. Governor Cooper announced Phase 1 of re-opening and I for one am thrilled!
I know some photographers did outdoor sessions during the stay-at-home order, but I wasn’t comfortable and chose to wait. I’d love to say I’m essential, but I’m not. And I’m so thankful many of my sweet clients were willing to wait, too. A HUGE thank you to all of them!!!
We have turned a corner and as of May 9th I will be open for outdoor sessions! And those outdoor sessions are going to look a bit different for the time being. But the result will be the same…I promise!
-
All sessions will be held outside – either at my outdoor studio space or the outdoor area around your home. Why you ask? Because I am still taking social distancing VERY seriously and meeting at a park will make social distancing from others hard.
-
I will only be using my 135mm zoom lens. First, this is my absolute favorite lens to use outdoors (all of these were taken with that lens). Secondly, I can be far away from you and your family and still get gorgeous close-ups.
-
No more in-person ordering appointments. We can Skype or communicate online after the session.
There you have it – Phase 2 in action with NPS Photography!
