Newborn Portrait Photography Pinehurst

Newborns come in all shapes and sizes.  I mean, they are all little and oh so new, but their weights, builds and length all vary! Working in Newborn portrait Photography, I see it all!

This little guy wasn’t so little!  He was a big guy with awesome cheeks and some chunkiness. However, he wasn’t too big to fit in my rusty bucket (because I have had a few that wouldn’t fit!). His session incorporated neutrals and tans. I love using this color scheme. So earthy, organic and natural.  Neutrals look awesome in wall art because it truly goes with any decor! In fact, mom ordered four 12×18 prints to have framed for his nursery. And with tans you can use any type of frame – natural wood, stained wood, white, black or a pop of color. The options are endless!

I tried to do poses that showed off all his newborn goodness – cheeks, chubby fingers and rolls. And I think I succeeded! Newborn Portrait Photography isn’t all about the precise perfect poses, it’s about the perfect poses for that baby!

It is an honor to create and capture all that newborn goodness!
