How it began!
Did you catch my Calm & Chaos Sessions back in January and February?
They were part of a special personal project that captured all the joyous moments in the calm and chaos of motherhood.
I’ve quickly realized these motherhood sessions are some of my favorite sessions I’ve ever done. I’m not exactly sure why, but I’m sure it has something to do with reliving those tender and crazy moments of my own motherhood journey.
What I love!
What I loved about these sessions…

they’re just mom and kids (and I highly recommend that no one else is around for the session)

take place at home where everyone is the most comfortable at (no pun intended) “at home”

they’re quick –just around 30 minutes

they’re casual – yes, mom can wear a dress, but no need for fancy clothes!
And for ALL these reasons, I will now offer year-round Signature Motherhood Sessions! Because we don’t need Mother’s Day to celebrate and capture our motherhood. We are mothers 365 days a year!
Questions Answered about Signature Motherhood Sessions
Q: Who are these sessions for?
A: Moms and kids! But you don’t have to do the sessions with ALL your kids – you can do the session with just one child or even a baby bump!
Q: Can we get outdoor pictures?
A: These sessions are designed to take place in and around your home, so if weather and time allows, we can take some pictures in your yard or on a porch.
Q: Is 30 minutes enough time?
A: YES! Shy child? That’s when we get the best snuggly images. So don’t worry about the length of the session.
All the details..
Sessions are limited to just a few a month. They can be with you and all the kids or just you and one (it’s the perfect way to capture a milestone like sitting-up or walking or going to kindergarten)! All Motherhood Sessions take place in and around your home and last about 30 minutes.
Motherhood Sessions are priced in a similar way to my Newborn and Family Sessions with a session fee (covers my time and talent at the session and editing plus my session guide and wardrobe assistance). Once you see your edited images, you choose a collection which includes all or some of the digital images and a product credit that can be used however you choose. Please note images are not included with the session fee. Clients should plan on spending between 450-650 dollars.
